“hi,” is a campaign that uses cereal as a key ice breaker with the mission to bring conversations about social anxiety disorder and the experiences people have had with it into spaces where it does not typically exist. The goal is to engage with students in a new way, allowing them a chance to share their experiences with social anxiety disorder and open up the conversation surrounding mental health. “hi,” hopes to help students feel less alone in their struggles and supply them with healthy ways of managing their symptoms.
