ABOUT Artifact

Hello, we are the Graphic Design Class of 2022 from the University of Minnesota's College of Design! We have worked hard over the last four years to develop our professional and artistic identities. Our Senior Exhibition, titled "Artifact", will showcase the individual projects that each student has researched and developed during their final year in the College of Design.

Artifact is our exhibition. It is our brief summation and puts our mutuality on display by drawing from our shared experience as we’ve “grown up together” as designers. These are the things we leave behind and the things we will carry forward: the knowledge, fear, intention, and, resistance of this generation and our class.

Artifact will be on display in the Goldstein Museum of Design HGA Gallery in Rapson Hall from May 2nd* 3rd - May 11th, 2022. A closing reception will take place on May 10th from 6-9pm.

*Due to circumstances of presidential proportions, the opening date for the exhibit has been delayed to May 3rd
